DPC are leaders in the field of producing precision components for specialist industries, including: aerospace, the military, rail, medical, space technology and automotive.
Our relationship with DPC began when we asked them if we could pop out for an informal meeting to show our portfolio of work and discuss thepossibility of working with them on future projects. We left the meeting with a rebrand brief 'in hand'. The company was operating with two logos at the time, both in blue with a 6 point red star touching the letter C.
We picked up on the fact that DPC work with foreign markets, especially the american marketplace, and tailored the design to suite. We took the star down to 5 points, as odd numbers always work better in design than even ones do. We also picked up on the micrometers that are used in the industry and applied this lookto the letter P. The American maket also likes movement and life hence the sweep behind the shooting star.
The result has received great acclaim and we are immensely proud of the finished product. The new identity was rolled out across letterheads, business cards and compliment slips. We have since produced a fantastic exhibition and display set for DPC including a 5 panel pop-up stand, a tower and a plinth, plus a double sided A4 colour information sheets and a presentation folder.
